Masterman
first started selling first aid supplies from the back of his station wagon,
but even with all the changes we are still family owned, and operated and
committed to you - our customer.
Our 100,000 + sq/ft distribution facility is stocked with an extensive
selection of MRO, safety supplies and in 2008 we started in-house screen
printing services to better meet the needs of our customers.

has been passed on and embodied as Needs and Threads.
Needs
and Threads started out as a
small idea that Tod Masterman had back in 1993, which was to get more
directly involved with helping those in need. Today, this in-house
organization is a collaborative effort driven by employees that generates
donations from funds to furniture, clothing to school supplies for many
local charities and individuals in need. Along with local charity work we
regularly send care packages to our troops in Iraq. Our goal is to care for the
fabric of our community, one donation at a time.
