Customer Service Specialist

At Masterman’s, we are on a mission to keep hardworking individuals safe on the job, and we need passionate, friendly, and self-motivated individuals to help us grow! We are looking for an outgoing, personable, flexible and hardworking individual to join our Customer Service Team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, answering questions and problem solving.
  • Manage incoming web orders and emails, enter orders, quotes and samples.
  • Do the necessary research for customers on products, pricing and availability.
  • Assist walk-in customers.
  • Work with the Sales Department
  • Support the console/direct incoming calls and visitors

Skills & Qualifications:

Friendly personality and basic computer skills a must. Inclusive work environment. Customer Service experience a plus but not required.
