Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a proven territory sales manager with 3-5 years outside sales experience to manage a territory in Eastern Mass and Southern New Hampshire. The perfect candidate will be a highly motivated, personable, well-organized self-starter who enjoys building long-term business relationships. This position is responsible for generating new business while also maintaining current long-term accounts. Other responsibilities include product training, generating quotes, introducing new products and negotiating pricing as well as representing Masterman’s at certain business functions.

What we're looking for:

  • 1-3 years outside sales experience
  • Ideal candidate will live in the territory
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
