We are seeking resilient, friendly and upbeat self starters with a passion for sales. This person will help support Masterman's mission of keeping our hard-working customers safe on the job. You will become part of a dynamic sales team, building long-term business to business relationships with your customers. You'll be promoting our company and products to prospective and active customers across the United States, learning about the products and how they are used in different applications, utilizing marketing materials to increase sales dollars, as well as maintaining and growing your customer base.
Our IT Help Desk Technician (Entry Level) will work directly with our staff to maintain and support our Windows-based infrastructure, providing support on our Remote Desktop Session Hosts (aka RDS / Terminal Servers), desktops, notebooks, iPhones, iPads and other collaborative device and technology equipment. The Help Desk Technician reports to the IT Manager, and is responsible for maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and computer systems. This is a Full-Time, Hourly position with benefits.
