Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking resilient, friendly and upbeat self starters with a passion for sales. This person will help support Masterman's mission of keeping our hard-working customers safe on the job. You will become part of a dynamic sales team, building long-term business to business relationships with your customers. You'll be promoting our company and products to prospective and active customers across the United States, learning about the products and how they are used in different applications, utilizing marketing materials to increase sales dollars, as well as maintaining and growing your customer base.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $14.50/hr plus incentives and uncapped commission

Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Team. Our successful candidate will work easily within a fun and creative team environment while still adhering to tight deadlines.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Assist team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating projects and activities as requested
  • Maintain company Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts
  • Maintain and update promotional, display and sample areas
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Specialist to update company website
  • Execute email blasts and track response
  • Write and edit copy as needed
  • Some light design work (flyers, emails etc.)
  • Participate in brainstorm sessions and contribute to the creativity of the department
  • Work and effectively communicate with senior management and staff
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For

  • 0-2 years of experience, college degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign) a plus
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
