Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking resilient, friendly and upbeat self starters with a passion for sales. This person will help support Masterman's mission of keeping our hard-working customers safe on the job. You will become part of a dynamic sales team, building long-term business to business relationships with your customers. You'll be promoting our company and products to prospective and active customers across the United States, learning about the products and how they are used in different applications, utilizing marketing materials to increase sales dollars, as well as maintaining and growing your customer base.

Benefits

Outside Sales Manager

We are seeking a proven outside sales manager with 3-5 years of outside sales experience. The perfect candidate will be a highly motivated, personable, well-organized self-starter who enjoys building long-term business relationships. This position is responsible for generating new business, primarily encompassing Western MA and Northern CT while also maintaining and growing current long-term accounts. Other responsibilities include product training, generating quotes, introducing new products and negotiating pricing as well as representing Masterman’s at certain business functions.

What we're looking for:

  • 3-5 years outside sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Candidate that resides in the territory

Screen Printer

We are seeking a full time, experienced apparel screen printer that is detail oriented, personable and proactive to join our team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience screen printing custom clothing (i.e. t-shirts, sweatshirts, bags, pants, etc.)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented, production environment
  • At least one year experience operating an automatic screen printing press, as well as manual screen printing experience is required
  • Applicant must work well alone and in team environments and maintain a clean and efficient work area
  • Screen printer should know how to select proper mesh count for screen exposure, know how to expose screens, setup and register a job, run a job, breakdown a job, and reclaim screens
