We are seeking resilient, friendly and upbeat self starters with a passion for sales. This person will help support Masterman's mission of keeping our hard-working customers safe on the job. You will become part of a dynamic sales team, building long-term business to business relationships with your customers. You'll be promoting our company and products to prospective and active customers across the United States, learning about the products and how they are used in different applications, utilizing marketing materials to increase sales dollars, as well as maintaining and growing your customer base.
We are seeking a proven outside sales manager with 3-5 years of outside sales experience. The perfect candidate will be a highly motivated, personable, well-organized self-starter who enjoys building long-term business relationships. This position is responsible for generating new business, primarily encompassing Western MA and Northern CT while also maintaining and growing current long-term accounts. Other responsibilities include product training, generating quotes, introducing new products and negotiating pricing as well as representing Masterman’s at certain business functions.
