What is my Customer Code?

Your Customer Code is your Customer ID number. If you do not know your Customer Code, please call or email us and we will provide it for you. If you are not currently a Masterman's customer, you will have to register as a New Customer.

Why do I have to register to order on the website?

By registering, we are able to offer you many useful services and functionality. This includes the ability to view your account information, track orders, pay invoices online, and many more useful features. Additionally, when you register, you will receive special discounts which will be applied to your online account. This ensures you receive the best prices we have to offer!

How long will it take to process my registration?

Registration is normally processed within 1-4 hours. You will receive an email confirmation when your registration has been processed. You can then log in to use your account. If you require immediate assistance, please Contact Us.

What if I don't know what products are right for my application?

If you are not sure what product will work best for your specific needs, please Contact Us. Our friendly, well trained staff will gladly help you pick out the products that are most suitable for your application. If your needs are highly technical, we will be happy to get you in touch with industry experts that can help you with specific solutions.

What if I do not see what I'm looking for? 

While we are constantly adding products to our website, our online store is not a complete listing of our product offerings. If you are unable to locate items, please Contact Us and we will help you find what you need for your application.

Can I sample a product before I buy it?

Yes! Free samples are available on many of our products. If the cost of a product prohibits a sample, we may request that you enter a trial order. If you are not happy or satisfied with the product, you can return it for a full refund. Click here to enter a sample request.

What if I forgot my password to login?

If you forget your password, simply click the "forgot your password" link on our login page. Our website will walk you through the process to change your password. If you encounter any issues, please Contact Us and we will assist you in resetting your password.

Do you have any minimums?

We make it easy to order with no minimums on most items. If your item is a special order, all we ask is that you take the manufacturer's smallest standard pack.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If in stock, virtually all orders placed before 3 PM (EST) will ship the same day. Our warehouse staff will determine the most efficient way to ship your order: UPS, FedEx, or common carrier. Transit times are typically between one and five business days from the order ship date. Most products come from our warehouse in Auburn, MA. However, transit time for items that ship directly from the manufacturer will vary.

If you require expedited shipping, just ask! We can arrange to ship your order via next day or second day air. Additionally, orders may be picked up at our warehouse.


What forms of payment do you accept?  

Masterman's accepts the following forms of payment:
