Portwest UMV21YERXL ANSI Class 2 hi vis safety vests offer not only the Arc flash protection properties required by ASTM F1506, but also the certified background and reflective material properties required by ANSI 107. This safety vest is designed for workers who may potentially be exposed to momentary electrical arc and related thermal hazards. The FR Modaflame knit mesh has inherent flame resistant qualities that will not diminish with washing. There is a single pocket inside while hook & loop closure secures the front. This XL hi vis vest is ANSI Type R, Class 2 rated with sew on flame resistant reflective tape. This FR vest is to be worn over ARC rated clothing only and has an ASTM F1959/F1959M-12 ATPV 5.1 CAL/CM2 (HAF 69%) rating.
